Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 1. Add the proper amount of water to the pot. Heat the water to boiling with high heat. 2. Place the frozen Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) on a streamer paper or cabbage leaf. (Keep soup dumplings separate to avoid sticking together). 3. Cover and steam with high heat for 9-11 minutes then serve. Caution: Soup from dumplings is very hot. Be careful while consuming product. Keep frozen.
