Wrap it or Roll it: Folios Cheese Wraps: A healthy snack alternative to bread or traditional tortillas with only 1 gram in carbs per wrap. Bring Folios Cheese Wraps out of refrigeration for 5 minutes prior to using. Recipe Suggestions: Fill a parmesan Folios Cheese Wrap with a few slices of salami and pepperoni, then finish with a mixed arugula salad. Take parmesan Folios Cheese Wrap and your favorite deli meat and roll tightly for an easy, healthy snack. Crisp it: 1. Heat in Microwave: Cook Folios Cheese Wrap in microwave. Parchment Side Down: For 1-1.5 minutes. If not crispy, cook for up to an additional 30 seconds. Microwave ovens vary and cooking time may need adjusting. 2. In Conventional Oven: Place a Folios Cheese Wrap & parchment on cookie sheet in 375 degrees F oven for about 6 minutes (until browned). If seasoning, apply before heating. 3. Shape: Caution be careful handling when hot. Rest for 5 seconds then shape. Folios Cheese Wraps must be shaped within 30 seconds after removing from heat. Use parchment to protect your skin. For bowl, gently place a Folios Cheese Wrap parchment side up over bowl; For taco, hang over spoon or fold over; Wrap around other ingredients for tubes or shape free-form into cones. Recipe Suggestions: Make a Folios Cheese Wrap bowl and fill with your favorite pasta, salad, or soup. Take a warm Folios Cheese Wrap from oven and tightly wrap around breadstick or veggie spear, then wrap it with a slice of prosciutto. Melt it: Heat a Folios Cheese Wrap in a pan to melt as part of a quesadilla or omelet, or let one melt as a cheesy layer over soups. Recipe Suggestions: Saute thin asparagus spears with olive oil and garlic. While warm, wrap with parmesan Folios Cheese Wrap and let melt. Wrap it. Roll it. Crisp it. Melt it. Keep refrigerated.
