Keep it fresh! Store refrigerated. Or store your extra bread in the freezer-it stays fresh for months and will thaw in about an hour. Keep it soft! Cover bread with a damp paper towel and microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it softer and more pliable. Heating your naan tip: sprinkle or spray your naan lightly with water to "bring it to life" before warming. Oven, toaster oven or grill: warm at 400° f for 2-3 minutes (5-6 minutes if frozen) microwave: wrap in a paper towel and heat on high for 30 seconds (45-60 seconds if frozen) toaster: cut it in quarters and pop in the toaster just like you would sandwich bread once your naan is nice and toasty warm, brush with butter on your favorite oil.
